We're Virginie and Priscilla.
Friends for over 25 years, we've each weathered our own storms: motherhood, divorce, loss, moving abroad, starting over, illness. And we learned one simple thing.
You don't move forward by forcing yourself to stay positive.

This guide came out of real experiences. Real moments of transition, doubt, and rebuilding. We've been there, and we know how much it changes things to find even one clear step forward.
